Facilitation

I love facilitating training courses, workshops, panel discussions, guest speaker series, and learning-related events! It's in my genes. Both of my parents were teachers and five of my six siblings are teachers. The one who isn't a teacher is an executive coach and mentor. My husband is a college professor and now our daughter is studying to become a teacher!

I've taught leadership and management development, soft skills and technical training courses, couple computer programming classes, and even university courses. I'm equally comfortable facilitating in person and virtually, and I've taught classes all over the world. Most of these courses were designed by me, but some I had to pick up and learn very quickly in order to teach the following week. When people in my Train-the-Trainer sessions say they could appear as smooth and effortless as me, I tell them my secret: PRACTICE, lots and lots of practice!
