Clorox Finance Systems Training Program

Based on my needs analysis, I proposed and received approval to build an online training program to help new hires learn and more effectively use the various Clorox financial systems. I wrote the RFP and managed the selection process for hiring a vendor to build simulation-based WBTs to allow employees to practice using the financial systems in a safe environment. Then I engaged new college hires and tech-savvy employees to test and provide feedback on the training modules. We rolled out the SAP training modules over two years, followed by multi-module programs on our other financial systems.

Results: This program helped accelerate new hires' time to productivity by 40% and increased job satisfaction - particularly among new hires and tech-savvy employees - to 92% Highly Engaged.
