Sample Course: Emotional Intelligence (Spanish)

I made sure all courses in the Clorox Finance Learning and Development program were available in English and Spanish, so our teams in Central and South America (LATAM) would find them useful. I translated most courses myself, relying on colleagues in LATAM to review and improve the text. I hired a third-party translation service for a few courses, but their output was not as well received as my internally translated courses.

Result: Finance team members in LATAM benefitted from the same high-quality training as employees in the USA and around the world.
